1. Services

cvpolish offers professional review and rewrite services for resumes and CVs. All sessions must be scheduled in advance and paid in full. You may transfer your session to a new time slot within 30 days of purchase, subject to availability. To request a time adjustment, please contact us via the contact form or by phone at +14163481199.

1.1 Payment and Scheduling

Full payment is due at the time of booking. If you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session, you are eligible for a refund of fees paid to your original account within 7 days. Once service is delivered, fees are final, as each session produces customized deliverables.

2. Digital Products

All digital materials, including templates and written guides, are final sale. No refunds are available. However, you may request a product swap for an alternative title within 14 days of purchase by contacting us through the contact form. Replacement access will be granted once the original selection is disabled.

3. Merchandise

Physical goods such as branded merchandise may be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Upon inspection, we will provide a replacement item or reimburse shipping charges. Funds will be processed to your original account within 10 days of confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

We will confirm your request within 2 business days and guide you through the next steps. Eligible refunds will be processed to your original account within the specified timeframes above. Fees for delivered services and digital products are final sale and not eligible for reimbursement.

5. Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty. Changes made later will incur a service fee equal to 50% of the original rate. No changes are possible once the session begins.
